Knockout Criteria
-----------------

This is my most important criterion when considering a position:

- What service is used to provide Auth+SSO (O365, Google, LLNG, Okta, etc.)?
- Describe the worst outage, at this company, that you were a part of. 
   + What was your role in the recovery effort?
   + What was the root cause, and how was the problem addressed?
- How heavily is LLM used in daily work?
- Describe how you interact with tickets, and keep track of your progress.
- How much of your day is spent contributing to a git repository?
- Describe the current state of documentation.
- What will success look like at the end of 6 months and 1 year?
- What is the typical work pace and task saturation?

HR:

- How is health insurance handled (stipened, BC/BS, etc.)?

Other good questions, if time permits:

- Can you describe your opinion of the difference between a junior and senior engineer?
- Bring your own device or company-provided/-managed?
- What was your most challenging project at this current role?
