Recipes

Bee's Knees:

- **2 oz**: Gin
- **3/4 oz**: Lemon Juice
- **3/4 oz**: Honey
- Serve in martini glass

Dark 'n Stormy:

- **1 oz**: Dark Rum
- **2 oz**: Ginger Beer
- Serve in highball glass

Manhattan:

- **2 oz**: Rye Whiskey
- **1 oz**: Sweet Vermouth
- **3 dsh**: Bitters
- Serve in martini glass
- Garnish w/ cherry

Negroni:

- **1 oz**: Gin
- **1 oz**: Sweet Vermouth
- **1 oz**: Campari
- Serve in highball glass

Old Fashioned:

- **2 oz**: Whiskey
- **1 oz**: Simple Syrup
- **3 dsh**: Bittrs
- Garnish w/ twisted and toasted orange or lemon peel
- Serve in highball|martini glass

Sazerac:

- **0.5 oz**: Simple Syrup
- **1/4 tsp**: Peychaud's Bitters
- **1/8 tsp**: Underberg Bitters
- **1 tsp**: Water
- **1/4 C.**: Rye Whiskey
- **2 tsp**: Absinthe (or more?)
- Garnish w/ lemon peel
- Serve in highball glass

Snow White:

- **2 oz**: Godiva White Chocolate Liquer
- **1 oz**: Kettle One Vodka
- **0.5 oz**: White Creme de Menthe
- Serve in martini glass
